No Returns — Replacement Only

We do not accept returns. Replacement is available only for defective, damaged or wrong items. A parcel opening video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
How to Claim a Replacement

Record a Parcel Opening Video
Start recording BEFORE you open the parcel. The video must show the sealed parcel and the complete unboxing from start to finish.

Send Within 24 Hours
Send the parcel opening video to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

48 Hour Exception
If you know in advance you will not be available within 24 hours, inform us BEFORE delivery. We will then accept your video within 48 hours of delivery.

We Review and Process
Our team will review your video and confirm the replacement within 24–48 hours.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order ID and new address.
What if nobody is home during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please ensure someone is available or contact the courier to reschedule. Inform us on WhatsApp as well.
Why is there a ₹300 COD advance?
The ₹300 advance confirms your COD order and covers the extra handling and cash collection costs involved in cash on delivery. You can avoid this by paying via any UPI app — it takes just 10 seconds.
My tracking is not updating. What do I do?
Tracking updates can be delayed by 24–48 hours. If there is no update for more than 3 days, contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes — we deliver to every city, town and village across India. No location is excluded.
I forgot to record a parcel opening video. Can I still get a replacement?
Unfortunately no. Without a parcel opening video we cannot process replacements. We strongly recommend always recording before opening any parcel from Martify.
When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp within 1–2 business days of placing your order, once your parcel is dispatched.
